Please be advised that this service does not include dismantling your old furniture, removing packaging waste (unless pre-arranged), or rearranging existing household items. You must ensure the space is accessible and cleared for our delivery team. It is also your responsibility to take accurate measurements to confirm that the ordered item will fit in the intended room. 8. Product Warranty, Coverage Period, and Exclusions We offer a 90-day warranty on structural elements of our furniture, such as frames, as well as up to two years of part replacement support in the case of manufacturer-related defects. This coverage applies only to items used as intended under normal conditions. Our warranty does not extend to wear and tear from regular use, accidental damage, modifications, neglect, or damage due to incorrect assembly by the buyer or a third party. Any alteration to the product will void the warranty automatically. 9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Procedures Customers may request a return for standard (non-customised) items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
