RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At WoodCo Interiors, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For mattresses, we have a 14-day return policy due to hygiene considerations. After 14 days, returns or exchanges for mattresses will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll arrange for a carrier to collect the item, and the courier will contact you with a time slot for the collection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly. Be sure to take clear photos of the defect and send them to us for a prompt investigation and solution.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
