SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

Before completing your order, please take a moment to review the following important information:

Delivery Charges:
We charge a flat £50 for shipping, regardless of your location within our serviceable areas. Additionally, if you choose our fitting service, an extra £40 will be added to cover the fitting charges.

Delivery Restrictions:
Please note that we do not deliver to the following areas: Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.

Extended Delivery Times & Surcharges:
Some postcodes may experience longer delivery times and additional charges. The surcharge areas are:

  • Surcharge Area (Yellow - £49): DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, KY, G, PA, FK, LL, EX, PL, TQ, CT.
  • Surcharge Area (Pink - £79): IV, AB, PH, DD, TR.
  • Ireland Delivery: There is an additional charge of £150 for deliveries to Ireland.

Delivery Timeframe:
Once your order is dispatched, delivery will take place within 7 working days. The courier will contact you 1 or 2 days prior to delivery to confirm the schedule. For deliveries to Ireland, the timeframe is between 14 to 20 days.

Delivery Location:
For houses, delivery will be made to your front door. For apartments, delivery will be made to the communal door of the building.

Delivery Process:
Our carrier manages the entire delivery process, ensuring you receive accurate information. After logging your delivery into their system, they will assign a delivery date and notify you of the expected delivery day and time. The courier will contact you an hour before delivery.

Important Guidelines:
To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Avoid taking time off from work until you receive a confirmation call from the delivery company.
  • Do not dispose of your old furniture until your new items have been delivered. Delays or rescheduled deliveries may occur.
  • All our furniture includes a one-year manufacturing warranty, which covers manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Additional Information:

  • Ensure we have your current contact information. Failing to update your contact details may result in missed communications.
  • Although our website provides estimated delivery dates, the final delivery date will be confirmed by the delivery company.
  • Our delivery drivers are not insured to carry items beyond ground floor level or to remove old furniture. Any additional assistance they offer is at your discretion and responsibility, and WoodCo Interiors is not liable for any resulting damages.

Delivery Timing Flexibility:
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may change. Please be prepared to set aside the entire day for delivery.

In Case of Delivery Issues:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the driver will leave a card with instructions for a second attempt. If further issues arise, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will do our best to assist you.
