Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as alternative payment methods where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.

  • Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of £50 will apply to all orders.
  • Fitting Charges: An additional charge of £40 applies for fitting services if requested.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days after dispatch. For Ireland, delivery takes 14 to 20 days. Delays can occur in specific regions or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. Please see our Return Policy for full details. If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. For certain items like mattresses, hygiene rules apply and returns are accepted within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, typically within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, you will need to follow our Return Policy for a refund.

7. Warranty

All our products come with a one-year manufacturing warranty covering defects. This does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, or misuse of the product.
