Once production has begun on a made-to-order or customised item, it cannot be cancelled or altered, and the associated deposit or payment cannot be refunded. Promotions, Voucher Codes, and Discounts Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to stack, manipulate, or misuse discount codes may result in the cancellation of your order. We retain the right to alter or withdraw promotional offers at any time, without prior notice. Promotions are limited-time offers and may be restricted to certain product categories or minimum order thresholds. Shipping, Delivery, and Handling Information All delivery charges are non-refundable under any condition, including cases of returns or order cancellations. Failed delivery attempts due to access issues or absence at the delivery location will be charged a redelivery fee. 7. Assembly and In-Room Services If you have chosen our professional fitting or assembly service, our trained personnel will deliver your item(s) to a specified room within your property and carry out full or partial assembly, depending on the product and agreement. Please be advised that this service does not include dismantling your old furniture, removing packaging waste (unless pre-arranged), or rearranging existing household items. You must ensure the space is accessible and cleared for our delivery team. It is also your responsibility to take accurate measurements to confirm that the ordered item will fit in the intended room. 8. Product Warranty, Coverage Period, and Exclusions We offer a 90-day warranty on structural elements of our furniture, such as frames, as well as up to two years of part replacement support in the case of manufacturer-related defects. This coverage applies only to items used as intended under normal conditions. Our warranty does not extend to wear and tear from regular use, accidental damage, modifications, neglect, or damage due to incorrect assembly by the buyer or a third party. Any alteration to the product will void the warranty automatically. 9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Procedures Customers may request a return for standard (non-customised) items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. All return requests must be submitted in writing via email, and the returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and repackaged properly for safe transport. Used, assembled, or bespoke products are not eligible for return or exchange. If your return is accepted, a handling and restocking fee will apply. Initial delivery costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. Should your item arrive faulty or damaged, we require photographic evidence and notification within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made outside this window may not be honoured. In instances of customer error—such as selecting the wrong product size, colour, or style—return fees will apply. Missing Parts or Damaged Deliveries Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items carefully.
